• Acceptance of Terms : These terms and conditions apply to all visitors and users of the Aashaka website (www.aashaka.in).
• Handmade Disclaimer : Most products sold by Aashaka are handmade. As a result, each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color, size, or design. These variations are a testament to the handcrafted nature of our products and should not be considered a defect.

2. Product Information and Orders

• Accuracy : We strive to be as accurate as possible in the descriptions and images of our products. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and variations in screen display, colors and sizes may vary slightly.
• Pricing : All prices are in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price for that order.
• Order Confirmation : An email confirmation will be sent to you after your order is placed. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your order and does not constitute a legal contract.
• Refusal of Service : We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price, or a security issue with the payment.

3. Payments

• We accept payments via ShipRocket Cash On Delivery or Online RazorPay. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card or sensitive payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time :  Please allow 1-2 for us to prepare your handmade order for shipping.
• Shipping & Carriers :  Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We use reliable courier services and will provide a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
• Liability :  We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or for packages lost or stolen after delivery to the confirmed address.
• Incorrect Address :  It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address.

5. Exchange Policy

• No Refunds : Aashaka does not offer refunds. We can only exchange your product if there is damage. All sales are final.
• Store Credit for Exchange : We offer an exchange for non-offer products in the form of a store credit.
• Eligibility : To be eligible for an exchange, you must meet the following conditions:
  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Products purchased during a sale, with a discount code, or as part of any special promotion are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchange Process :
  • To initiate an exchange, email dabhiharshi1312@gmail.com or send a message to 7861056619 with your Order Number and reason for exchange.
  • Once your exchange is confirmed, you must ship the product back to our address within 2 days.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange, including the cost of returning the item and shipping the new item.
• Store Credit Issuance :
  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it.
  • If the product meets our eligibility criteria, a coupon code for the value of the returned item will be issued and sent to your registered email address within 5 business days. This coupon can be used for any future purchase on our website.
• Rejection of Exchange : We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the product shows signs of use, is damaged, or does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• Copyright : All content on this website, including product designs, text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Aashaka and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Aashaka shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Gujarat, and the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat.
